What We Do
We work alongside schools, learning centres and community and sporting organisations to help provide excellent safeguarding procedures and outcomes.
We support facilities management organisations working in places where there are children and young people to ensure their working practices are up to date.
We provide advice and support to charity organisations that care for and educate young adults.

Training: online courses, virtual and face to face training of safeguarding topics such as:
-Peer to Peer abuse and Sexual Harassment
-Prevent and Channel
-DSL and deputy DSL effectiveness
-Mental Health awareness
-FGM and how this fits into the RSHE curriculum
-RSHE
-Pupil Premium support and best practices

Your consultant will work developmentally with your lead safeguarding person/ DSL and their team to appraise specific identified aspects of their work and create an action plan to set up improvements. This will be followed up with further visits to evaluate the improvements.
DSL provision. Incyte can provide temporary DSLs to support a school in times of staff shortages.
